About CyberOne India:
CyberOne is envisaged to be single point assistance center for all citizen centric activities at rular & urban which include G2C services, Banking services, RTI queries, Ration, Aadhar & etc. CyberOne centers will be operational from 9AM-9PM on all seven days of the week Including Holidays.
The envisioned benefits of CyberOne centers are
- Citizens do not need to visit the district, taluk and hobli offices to get government services.
- Citizen can save on time and money by availing the services through CyberOne centers.
- No menace due to middlemen.
- CyberOne centers will be operational from 9AM-9PM. Citizens can avail the services at their convenient time.
Requirement
We have set up CyberOne centers for delivering services of various Government Departments and Private Companies under one roof in a citizen friendly manner.
All through Operations Partner of CyberOne proposes to set up CyberOne centers in 31 District of Karnataka (Bagalkot, Ballari, Bangalore Rural, Belagavi, Bengaluru, Bidar, Chamarajanagar, Chikballapur, Chikkamagaluru, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Gadag, Hassan, Haveri, Hubballi-Dharwad, Kalaburagi, Karwar, Kodagu, Kolar, Koppal, Mandya, Mangaluru, Mysuru, Raichur, Ramanagara, Shivamogga, Tumakuru, Udupi, Vijayanagara, Vijayapur and Yadagiri) on franchisee model.
Requirement of Non-IT Infrastructure for setting up of center
- CyberOne center’s set up on franchisee should have an exclusive partition with an exclusive entry.
- CyberOne centers with one Counter should be at least 100 Sq. ft. and 4 chairs should be available for Customers to sit.
- Branding should be as per the branding standards of CyberOne Project (Name board/ Price Chart / Building Colour /Monogram of CyberOne)
- Franchisee should keep their premises neat and clean.
- The room should have tile/granite flooring, RCC roof and brick cement / stone cement walls without any water leakages from any side.
- The room should have good ventilation and light with good space outside for parking, display boards, etc.
- Furniture’s shall be as per the specifications of CyberOne (Counter Table/ Operator chair/ Printer Table/ customer waiting chair)
- Franchisee Preferably be equipped with CCTV Surveillance and LCD TV.
Requirement of IT Infrastructure for setting up of center
- Desktop /Laptop ( above i3 Configuration )
- Multi-Function Printer(Print/Scan)
- Bio Metric scanner (Secugen Hamster Pro 20 & Mantra L1 )
- Web Camera
- Wi-Fi Receiver
- Should be provided with internet connectivity from two different Internet Service Provider(ISP’s) so as to ensure that services are not affected due to connectivity issues.
Qualifying Criteria
- Minimum qualification shall be SSLC / PUC II / Diploma/ ITI/ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with computer knowledge.
- Ready to invest up to Rs 1 to 2 lakhs.
- Selected CyberOne Centers Operators shall enclose PVC certificate.
- CyberOne Centers should be located in prominent locations with internet , road, power & other utilities.

- I agree to pay an amount of Rs. 500/- towards the application fee for the CyberOne franchise project and I understand that it is non-refundable.
